Melissa Niedrich is the Senior Manager of Talent Strategy & Operations at FBN. Melissa helps lead FBN’s efforts to identify and bring the best talent into the organization, and create a fantastic candidate experience along the way. Prior to starting at FBN, she worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company advising clients on how to build world-class leadership and talent systems. She lives in Chicago, IL, and in her free time enjoys reading, rooting for the Chicago Cubs, and taking long walks with her dog, Murphy.
