How do I log in to my account?

Open your web browser (we recommend Google Chrome) and go to fbn.com/login.

On the login page, there are two options to sign in to your account:

  • Enter the email address and password that you set up for your FBN® account.

    • To set up your password for the first time

      • Open the email that was sent to you upon sign up (subject line “Click This Link to Access your FBN Account”) and click on the link in the email. 

      • You should now be logged in to your account.

      • In the top right corner, click on the down arrow next to your initials to open the menu.

      • Click on My Profile.

      • Then click on Security.

      • Enter in your password in both fields and Save.

    • Forgot or need to reset your password? Go to fbn.com/reset-password to enter your email address and click “Reset Password”. Then, check your email for further instructions.

  • Log in using single sign on

    • For single sign on, make sure that the email that you signed up with is the same email that you use for these accounts. By choosing this option, you don't have to remember yet another password. Just select Google, Facebook or Twitter to use the credentials created with those accounts to log in to your account.
