What will USDA's June Report Show for Corn Acres?

USDA's June Acreage report will be released on June 30th. FBN farmers weighed in with their changes in corn acres from an FBN Text Poll on June 15th and the results show little change from March.

For the top 11 corn producing states which account for 78% of corn acres, the expected change is a slight reduction from 71.7 million acres in March to 71.6 million in June. Extrapolating out this to the entire US would suggest a small change in national acres from 92.0 million to 91.85 million.

Thanks for your participation, and next week look for our FBN Soy Acre text poll!
