Question

anybody use a product similar to 8-29-2 foliar on corn?  Thinking of 3-4 gallon with 21 gallons of water. A bit concerned of potential burn. V7-V8 corn

I have used a product called 
Powergizer 45 it was an 8-32-5+Fe+Zn with Humic acid. Not on corn but many acres of cotton and alfalfa. The rate I remember is in the 1-4qt range. Seemed to work well. No Phyto problems. The nutrients most need at V7-V8 at N, P, K. If you are slightly behind with these nutrients a foliar is the best way catch up. REMEMBER - ALWAYS FOLLOW THE LABEL INSTRUCTIONS!

I have used 10-34-0 flatly to try to correct a deficiency in corn caused by misapplication. Its salt index is 20, but am afraid your product may include some potassium thiosulfate which has a salt index of 68. 
To be safe, I’d try to keep concentration low. 
I have seen good success  iif you Apply 2.9 - 3.7 gallons of Ammonium Polyphosphate 10-34-0 with 44 - 88 gallons of water per Acre . With your product, I’d target less than 5% v/v  to avoid potential tassel injury.

We have run our Inhabit P foliar in a couple of instances. The use instructions already require a 10:1 dilution. So you could safely apply it from 5 gallons all the way up to 20 gallons if that's how your set up. That would deliver your phosphorus and a carbon/humic. We haven't seen any negative crop response foliar applied.
