Are they anywhere close? After looking at the recent ones this year, I have a feeling they are very far off from reality……Or I’m going to retire after this season!

You can't see the underlying NDVI to the updates, but the model is being driven by multiple other factors including: Genetics planted, population, soil type, rainfall events, GDD's, any fertility or chem application events logged, and historical productivity. The more data you've added, the more accurate the predictions will be.
