Soil sample analyze

I pulled a few samples they all show a high ph on tiled ground. Wondering what I need to do to bring ph down and help balance out nutrients.

Advise does have some trials on trying to lower PH in our heavy red river valley soils. They also have tried raising K levels on base saturation test. If you look on there website you can find it. I would focus on raising P and sulfur levels. Also when doing a soil sample have a 6-24" test too to see salts and PH.
