How is the whip program working in your community? Actually how are all of the fsa programs working?

Since    it has been program after program that either fails to get implemented or runs at a snails pace. We have 2018 whip participants that have yet to be adjudicated, so if the Durecho affected farms think they will receive any thing, maybe in two or three years and then at a fraction of what was promised.
