In looking for some type of insect spray for cattle yards and around the farm to knock down flys, mosquitoes, and other pests. I have a drone sprayer to apply it so aerial application is the way it is going to be applied.

Matt mentioned one of the most common and widely used products for your application mentioned. A few other options commonly used in similar situations would be Cylence Ultra, Evergreen Pro 60-6 and Vapona (RUP product).
