Dairy or cattle operation

Looking for a turn key operation and a mentor. I’d like to work alongside you and eventually work into an ownership agreement. Wasn’t born into farm but have huge passion, have work on numerous operations on the farming side and cow calf/ feedlot. Dairy do interest me, grew up around them just not in one or with wealthy relatives. Willing to earn the opportunity, I don’t expect a hand out.
