Does this tool have a land valuation component? Can it track cap rates and finance trends for the tenant and operator? How does it integrate with QB?

it does link with QB to reconcile lease payments. It tracks cost per acre across all leases on platform. We are incorporating lease health also on cost per acre on each lease. I doesn’t track caps per se but does give many financial break outs. Oaken is the only platform collecting this lease info. We continue to make improvements and features to maximize our customers needs.
