Whats the best affordable moisture tester? Ours is about a point different than where we ship our grain to and it's getting frustrating.

******-**** mini gac has done us well.  Same calibration as elevators but smaller sample size.

Can you adjust the bias on your current tester to match your delivery destination?  
 
 You can do this with a Mini GAC and it’s reasonably accurate as long as you don’t have large swings in grain moisture- say 15-25%. If you’re delivering all dry corn, we had good success with a Mini GAC. 
 
 If you’re set on upgrading I would buy a GAC 2700 AGRI. We got one this year and it has been extremely accurate.

I have an Agtronix handheld that has been close to the elevator. The trick was in making certain the sample cup was tightened till the center button popped. I also have a Motomco tester. They were at one time the USDA standard. It is manual machine but sometimes manual is better.

I have a hand held agtronix. Its pretty close after calibration which is quite simple

Depends on your definition of affordable. We go with the mini GAC. It's easily calibrated to your delivery point.
