I have run my Kinze 3660 planter for only 3 seasons and all the gauge wheels are cracking. Even the push units with half the acres as corn rows. Kinze has only offered to cover 50% of cost to replace excluding labor.

Purchased new 3200 in May 2018 was delivered around 4th of July, planted 350a spring of 2019. Had planter out in August of 2019 to plant cover crop on flooded out crop land when I seen the cracks like your picture shows, each of my planter tires where opening in the area of the band of ribs at splice in tire was my thought. * made me the same offer, dealer went back to them with my resistance. Ended with complete tire and wheel installed by dealer keeping the take offs for parts to recoup labor for install. I give the dealer credit for working this out.
