Looking for a system to keep track of farming operations.

Looking for a system to keep track of farming operations and our custom farming operations. Would need to have multiple people be able to look at the calendar and do schedules. Also could log in when we get to a job like custom planting. It could track who is there, how long, and operations. Then we could log in the office and track time and expenses and do billing.
