Best financial backing solution for an heirs property purchase? To buy out siblings?

I am a First time farmer/Rancher with a dillema. I am a woman 50% partner in a "getting off the ground operation." Our farm plan is to purchase cow/calf and do some specialty crop farming . I have a very large background in growing and raising llivestock. I have done all ground work on the registering with IRS for an EIN and registered our buisiness with the state of Idaho . I have even got a UEIN number for bidding govt contracts if needed. The land we are on is owned by a family Trust by my partners side of things . It is in court right now to determine my partners portion. We would ideally like to buy the other 3 out. There is a total of 167 acres. Only 20 acres approx is flood irrigated, but have an established stand of native grasses for forage and we plant Alfalfa/ grass mix over the irrigated to get that established. Im thinking that 25 cow calf pairs to start and rotate so as not to deprive ground completely. And as far as specialty crops they are going to be taken from the trees established that I planted over the last five years. So my question is I had heard about a program from usda offered called "Heirs property. " The trouble is its only off the ground in the eastern states. The siblings of my partner want to force sale . And my partner owns one fourth interest. We are trying to keep in agriculture but they want to sell. We have made all property tax payments on ALL the land since 2011. Without a cent from Them . We have maintained all fences and kept the upkeep of all of it. They havent even pulled a weed or stepped foot on any of it , since before their father died. Their father passed in 2015 and the trustees are my partners 2 siblings . What can we do? Paid $20,000 already in attorneys fees for the Attorneys to do nothing but cost us money. Who can we turn to for lending ? We don't have good credit due to i have cancer and had to resign from my paying job. As I am unable to climb mountains anymore so my job at forest service is out. Its been a difficult couple of years financially due to LWOP and inability to work .well I am going after my dreams now. and am looking for reccomendations for financial help . My cancer is gone they think , but can't tell me its in remission for 5 years without reoccurance. Im in year 2. My partner is very able bodied and comes from a long family history of cattle ranching and sheep . His dad and uncle had 12 bands of sheep at one time . But they are gone now, and we are trying to restart the family business, but with cattle. And specialty crops . I know we can do it . We just need a little backing financially. Everyday my partner is out pulling weeds, stacking rock, working like a dog until dark when he comes. In . Any thoughts as to programs etc? I would be very greatful.
