Full Time Farm Employee Job Opening

Franklin Farms, a large progressive farming operation in Northwest Kansas, is looking to hire a full time farm employee to join our operation.

The applicant should be self-motivated, have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, a good communicator and mechanically inclined.

Job duties include:

•Operating farm equipment - including tractors with planting equipment, sprayers, & semi-trucks

• Ability to work on pivots

• Routine maintenance on equipment

• Grain facility operations & maintenance

The applicant must have an acceptable driving record. A CDL is required or the ability to obtain one. Franklin Farms will help the applicant get a CDL if the applicant does not have one.
