I am trying to go no-till on my dryland out in western Nebraska. I recently put yellow peas into my crop rotation with the idea of fallowing it after I harvest them and drill it back to winter wheat. The reason I was going to fallow is to not have the extra chemical costs and to get rid of some of the badger holes in my field as it has been no-till for many years. I’m open to other avenues if there are any as I’m having second thoughts about working it.

WE use roundup and Spartan and sometimes Metrabuzin for our initial burndown for fallow. Yellow pea? Or what kind
