How to See Est. Land Values & Recent Sales in AcreVision
In FBN AcreVision, you can now see estimated land values along with comparable recent land sales within 50 miles of a given parcel.
- Visit www.fbn.com/acre-vision
- Click on your desired parcel, then click "View Details"
- Scroll to the "FBN Estimate" and click "View Details"
- Click on a Comparable Sale to see that parcel on the map

I think it’s a cool feature but data is 1) not up to date & 2) not all counties are available for tract selection. Maybe somewhere else in the country it works better but locally it’s not much help at the moment. As for the up to date data, maybe that’s due to how counties report sales and when you are able to access that.
