We have Jersey Beef animals available ( a few cows for Ground Beef) and our extra males. We find that many folks prefer Jersey beef over other breeds, because of it's flavor. We sell animals under 30 months of age for "all cuts of Beef" and animals over 30 months of age for ground beef. Presently available on the hoof, picked up at the farm or delivered to the local processor in Marshfield Missouri. Buyer pays all processing costs. Choose your size and or age from available inventory. Our herd has been closed for over 9 years and has a long standing health history. Our cattle are outside 24/7 and not feedlot fed. We do feed a very light grain ration, (so that the cattle get their required vitamins and Minerals) along with grass hay and available pasture. These are NOT commercial Dairy cull animals.
