Please read these rules before entering this Farmer’s Business Network, Inc. 2021 Holiday Photo Contest (the “Contest”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements.
If you are an individual legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United States, residing in the continental United States, and are the age of majority in the province/state/territory of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Contest. Employees of Farmer’s Business Network, Inc., Farmer’s Business Network Canada, Inc., FBN Inputs, LLC, FBN CM LLC, Yorkton Distributors (1976) Ltd., FBN BR LLC, or their affiliates (“Sponsor”) and their spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren (“immediate family members”), and Sponsor’s affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members), and their respective agents, officers, and directors, and all individuals, including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, so-called “temporary employees,” former employees and interns (and their immediate family members) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win the Contest. By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules. Entrants who do not comply with any of the Contest Rules are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
You may enter the Contest from December 16th at 12:01 AM EST through December 19th at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”) by submitting your holiday farm photo via DM to one of the official FBN social media accounts:

No entries will be accepted after the entry deadline.
Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed or otherwise illicit means to enter the Contest, or any other methods not authorized by these Contest Rules, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a prize. Entries that contain false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Contest Rules are void. Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive licence to use all entries for any purpose. No correspondence will be entered into except with Selected Entrants. Proof of transmission (for example, screenshots or captures) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an entry.
You may submit as many photos as you like during the Contest Period. If you are submitting a photo, you must be the person who took the photo. You cannot submit a photo on someone else's behalf, or submit a photo that is not yours.

To be considered, your Photo(s) (“entry”) must be received by 11:59PM EST on December 19th, 2021. The FBN team will select one winning photo at its discretion from the batch of submissions. You need not be present to win.
Sponsor or its designee will notify each potential winner by email within 2 business days of the end of Contest Period, and each potential winner will be required to execute a Winner’s Declaration and Release Agreement, send or show Sponsor a copy of a valid, government-issued form of identification, and consent to and satisfactorily pass a background check, if deemed necessary by Sponsor. As required under Canadian law, any selected winners who are legal residents of Canada must also pass a skill testing question (e.g. a three-part mathematical test) devised by Sponsor. All selected winners are deemed potential winners pending verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Limit one prize per person/household.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Restrictions. Prizes are non refundable and non transferable. The prizes may not be replaceable if lost, damaged or stolen. Winner must be at least age of majority in the province/state/territory of resident(and send Sponsor a copy of) a valid, government-issued form of identification. Sponsor is not required to (but may at its sole discretion) offer any substitutions, cash redemptions, or alternative to prizes awarded under this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or lesser value in the event a prize is unavailable. All prizes awarded are subject to the restrictions and limitations noted in these Official Rules, on the prizes and/or included with the prizes. ALL FEDERAL, STATE/PROVINCIAL, AND LOCAL TAXES, FEES, AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF THE RECEIPT AND USE OF THE PRIZES, ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. The Sponsor is not a tax professional and does not provide tax advice. Any difference between the stated estimated value of a prize and its actual value will not be awarded. Winners agree to accept prize “as is.”
Additional Terms. We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Contest at any time, including changing or cancelling the locations and times for Contest entries at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website; acting in violation of these rules; or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of any potential prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, we may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.
Disputes. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws. The Contest is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States and the State of California, and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in San Francisco, California. If the controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation, it shall then be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc., in accordance with its streamlined arbitration rules and procedures or subsequent versions thereof (“JAMS Rules”). The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be experienced and licensed to practice law in California. All proceedings brought pursuant to this section will be conducted in San Francisco, California. Entrant’s remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any entrant be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. Entrants agree that the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or entities associated with the Contest and/or any other party shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any demand for arbitration must be filed within one (1) year of the time the cause of action accrued, or the cause of action shall be forever barred.
Miscellaneous. If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. Each winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) that, by accepting the prize, we, along with our affiliates and agents, will have no liability, and will be held harmless by the winner for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. You agree that our decisions related to the Contest and all drawings are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in the Contest, we may use the winner’s name, image, or likeness in any manner and in any medium for our promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law, and we may be required to disclose the winner’s address to regulatory authorities.
