Starter Fertilizer

Question

Looking at other starter fert options to put in furrow as thats what we are currently set up for. Our ground recives dairy manure annually. We are located in CT any suggestions on what has worked for you guys?

This will be my 3rd year using YieldBooster 20-14-12-6S.  I like how low the salt content is, putting it in-furrow and it contains other micro’s.  It comes dry in 50 lb. bags which I mix with water through an inductor cone to put into solution in a tank on my farm.  I did a couple side by side comparisons 2 yrs ago and saw some nice results.  
Can also be used in a foliar application if I have any leftover.

qlf starter 7-21-3 worked great for my first try, I ran 3 gallons with 3 gallons of water with Keeton seed firmers, planning on doing the same thing again this year

We have a lot of good research data supporting Inhabit P as a complete starter fertilizer. We summarized most of the research we have (22 trials in 11 states) in this [case study](https://www.fbn.com/direct/resources/inhabit-p-case-study). The Agronomy team at FBN also did some side-by-side tests with farmers last year, and have some nice photos on their [Instagram page](https://www.instagram.com/fbnagronomist/) showing some of the early season results. Yields have always been within +/- 5% of control plots that received traditional high phos fertilizers (5 gallons of 10-34-0 or something similar).

Just dilute the product 10:1 in water (2 quarts in 5 gallons) and apply total volume at 5 gallons / acre. Do a jar test if you want to add any other fertilizers to it, but it has been pretty agreeable for the most part. We do have a zinc product that is compatible with it coming soon, if you want to add zinc to your starter too.
