I would agree with what  * wrote. I am in SW Minnesota and have been strip tilling and no till for awhile now. It is a mind shift and can certainly be done with guidance from others that have been doing it. I ask my crop insurance agent how we stack up every year compared to others in the area without wanting to know names. This is so I stay realistic about what I am doing. Bottom line though is you need to define what success should look like on your farm then work to make it happen.
