Had corn went bad along bin walls. What is best method of cleaning bin of the black residue?

Thanks for the responses! New member to FBN and already getting help from other farmers! I decided to start with loader and finish it with a wire wheel and paint👍🏼 Didn’t know how all the water from pressure washer would be inside a bin like that
