Announcing a New Order and Shipment Status Experience

We are happy to announce an improvement to the way we show your order information! Now when you check the status of your orders in the Order History page or when you view the details of a specific order, you'll see the overall progress bar for where your order or shipment(s) are in the process. This also works in both the mobile app and the mobile website, for your convenience.

We will be continuing to improve this in the coming weeks and months, so please share any feedback you have, good or bad.

Keep an eye on the Order Readiness tab, where you can see if there is anything holding your order up, such as a RUP or Tax Exempt form. We have more enhancements coming soon!
