What are you Corn on Corn guys doing out there for a fall tillage and fertilizer program??

I tried a little corn on corn this year and it started out real yellow and N deficient but I put on 220lbs of N. Curious if there's a trick for tillage or fertilizer out there?

Our current program works. Soil sample first year, select the realistic bushels you expect to pull next year, the co-op or soil test lab makes recommendations. You have those rates spread. We use a ripper in the fall. Field cultivate. Plant. Second year after harvest, put back what you pulled off for yield. Your fert rate should equal your yield in that area.
