Utilities needed? I can see about a list to help? Look at what specific is Trump doing for farmers? See if the sbdc consultant teaches you how to get a list to cacacall from e- library ( reference usa) . Great tool never used for farming. Your age? Bio or resume on yourself. Not enough data? Some colleges have farm program they sometimes have land. You want their testing and collaboration. I have a farmer who sent me a letter of recommendation from a university.
