Anyone had success using LandTrust?

Wondering if anyone has used LandTrust or a similar platform? Investigating ways to maximize the revenues streams of our land - not farm ground. We have pasture ground and some wooded areas with creeks and ponds. Many people around the area do some sort of hunting leases, we may explore this option as well.
