hello everyone i’m 21 years old and i grew up on a family farm my father passed away 2 years ago and my grandfather has retired. and gave up all the rented farm land. i’m look at getting back in to farming because i love it. but im have problems trying to figure out what i all need to start and how much money i will need to spend. i have looking at a lot of equipment but i just don’t know what. i all need to make it by with out all the big debt. i was thinking 100k could get you started. but as i look at price of this machinery it looks like 200k. what are your guys thoughts about this.

MEet with your sbdc or score representative. They are the best resource. They are free. Sba.gov and make an appointment. Some college and universities have helpful people on their staff. Get familiar with the programs for equipment and financing if need be on usda, nifa etc. Mgssgreen, llc . much success
