I get couple days old holstein bull calves from a local dairy farm that I raise for beef. Within 3-10 days 85% get scoures. I feed milk replacer according to directions. Any tips on how to prevent this?

This is an all natural good gut bacteria that my local vet tells me to give to my newborn beef calves. And says that I can give if they are showing signs of scoures.
